I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and it was easy to communicate as they spoke both English and Japanese. The onsen water was top-notch, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The meals served were absolutely delicious, offering a wide range of continental and Japanese options. I also loved the peaceful view of the mountain range from my room. This place really knows how to provide enhanced comfort and quality services, making for a truly memorable stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The breakfast had a good selection of both Japanese and western options, which made it easy for everyone to find something to their liking. The private bath was a great experience with hot water directly from the source which left me feeling cleaner than ever.
The lack of English speaking staff made it challenging for me to communicate my needs, which was a frustrating experience, especially when trying to navigate to the hotel. The karaoke lounge was a disappointment as it was outdated and not up to my expectations compared to other facilities in the area.

The hotel's location is not ideal, requiring a long and complicated trip for non-Japanese speakers. Despite the private bath being a highlight, the sauna was uncomfortable for Western tastes.
The lack of English support is an issue, making it difficult to communicate and enjoy the experience fully.

I had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I particularly loved the onsen; it was a very relaxing experience. The food served at the hotel was delicious, and I enjoyed trying out both Japanese and continental breakfast options.
Couldn't fault anything; everything was excellent.

We recently had a romantic escape to a traditional Japanese hotel located in a small spa town. The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains with beautiful views of nature. We loved the traditional Japanese dinner that was served in our room. The food was exquisite, with many delicious courses and beautiful presentation. The private hot spring bath was a highlight of our stay, offering a relaxing atmosphere and soothing hot water.
We did find the language barrier to be a challenge. There was very little English spoken, which made it difficult to communicate and understand some of the information about the hotel and surrounding area.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
